Yield Testing
SABS Compliant Yield Testing
When you’re selling a property or applying for bank finance, a “strong borehole” won’t get you across the line. Banks and conveyancers need verified data — and that’s exactly what we provide.
Our SABS-compliant yield testing determines the sustainable delivery rate of your borehole by measuring not just output, but aquifer recovery over time.
This distinction matters: a borehole that produces well in short bursts may fail under sustained demand, and over-pumping accelerates long-term damage.
For standard domestic properties, we run a 6-hour yield test. Commercial operations, agricultural projects, and high-value property transfers require a more rigorous test, ranging from 12 hours to 24 hours of constant discharge test to meet lender and legal requirements.
The Property Transfer Advantage:
We issue the official yield certificate required by conveyancers and bond originators.
If your property transfer hinges on proof of water supply, our documentation closes the deal.
Pump Installations
Solar & Electric Pump Installations
A borehole is only as reliable as the equipment inside it. We don’t simply drop a pump down a hole — we engineer a complete solution matched to the specific depth, yield, and water demands of your property, from the pump at the bottom to the pressure tank for your home.
Every installation includes:
- Precision pump sizing to prevent dry-running
- Professional control box wiring with fault protection
- High-pressure reticulation pipework and booster pump setups where required
- Pressure tank integration for consistent, water pressure at every tap
We specialise in high-efficiency submersible pumps, and solar-compatible borehole pump systems — giving you a reliable off-grid water supply that holds up year-round.
Whether you need a straightforward pump replacement or a full solar array with telemetry, we build for longevity, and certainly to fit your budget.
Repairs & Recovery
Pump System Repairs & Replacements
When the water stops flowing, it usually feels like an emergency. In most cases, it isn’t a failed borehole — it’s an equipment problem that can be resolved.
We handle the difficult situations with ease. With my electrical and electronics expertise and experience, I am able to get your water system operational in no time.
Contact us immediately if you’re dealing with:
- No water being pumped!
- A burnt-out motor!
- Lightning damage! (a common callout)
- Borehole water that's turned brown, muddy, or sandy
These are all recoverable situations in the right hands.
